Mile warm up, 800, 400, 500 with equal recovery then a two mile warm up at 5 in the morning! I am exhausted!!!!!!! This afternoon I ran down to sugarhouse park and did a mile and a half warm up then a half mile of J's in the pouring rain. Then I did an easy workout of one lap of 1 lightpost on 2 off because tomorrows workout is supposed to be hard. Then I did a lap cooldown and went home because I was soaked! |
