Ran down to SHP for a warm up of a mile and a half warm up, then I stretched and we went onto the track. A junior Jordan Hasay was there, even with the long flowing blonde hair! She is about 6 years old! When she goes to the olympics in 12 years, I met her!!! I did 4 strides, then a 200, 400, 200. My times went 33, 67, 33. I am very into the 66-67 pace at this point. It is faster than my 80's two weeks ago! I am becoming my old self again! The joy of running is coming again!
