Today I went to practice with Larry and Levi. For warm up, Levi and I did a lap around the park supposed to be between 10-11 minutes; our time was 10:30. Then we immediately went into our next lap that had to be faster and we hit 10 exactly so we did speed up. Then we stretched for a minute and got into the workout. The workout was 4 light poles, so one on and one off for four times; then we do 4 light poles on straight with one pole recovery after then the four poles that we did at the beginning. I didn't keep up with Levi for the ones but when we got to the 4 poles on I kept up with him. Then after we finished that lap we decided to do a lap cooldown. I felt good during this run except my ankle was bothering my a little bit and I am out of shape because on the On's I was tired until I caught my breath. When I got home I stretched a bit to help my legs. |
