Since no class this week I went on my own. Considering it is my first day back in a WEEK I didn't go far or fast. I ran from my house, to SGH and around there. At 2 miles I stretched. Then I ran home and up to 1300 south and back. Came home and did core. 8:02 pace.... SLOW:(

AM: This morning I went on a short 2 mile run just to get miles in. I ran from my house, up to Clayton, down to 1700 east, over to 2100 south back up to 1900 east and home. Felt good. 7:30 pace.

PM: Met Andrea at SHP for a workout. I did a mile warm up at 7:08, then we did 10 strides going around the park. We did one light pole hard, then waited 20 seconds, then another, so on. Then we just ran the rest of the way around. Then we went the other way around the park and did the same thing. I felt really good. 7:05 average. Breathing was really hard and it hurt but that is because of this horrible SMOG! Then I went home and looked over my math... Last final of the semester tomorrow!! Wish me Luck!!!

Ran from my car in Presidents Circle up to JTB (Across the street) so that way I wouldn't be late to my last final.

-after the final- Decided not to go running because I wanted to celebrate being done with my first semester of college! SCHOOLS OUT FOR CHRISTMAS Y'ALL!

Because of the absolutely horrible weather outside, it is still snowing! My mom wouldn't let me go do the original plan workout. As I was changing to go to the fieldhouse while my sister took her last final, they left without me so I was stuck doing the workout on the elliptical/bike. I started with 30 minutes of elliptical and then 5 miles on the bike. At mile 2 on the bike I had to stop and run upstairs because I left my glasses on the elliptical machine and I didn't want them to get broken. I am counting this as 5 miles because it was 50 minutes of constant work on the legs at a hard pace. On the elliptical I had the resistence on 2 then every 5 minutes I upped the resistence 1 and ended on 7 resistence. Then I biked 5 miles and that felt really easy so every half mile I did a half mile hard then one recovery. After that I did my crunches, push ups, planks and calf raises. Then I finally ended with 20 lunges on each leg. My legs are tired! Now it is time to FINALLY brush my teeth and get ready for the day. I love Christmas Break!

2 miles around SHP. After I slipped twice I decided to come home and bike the rest of the way. Then I saw and INCREDIBLY DUMB 'horror' movie with Abigail, Stephanie and Scott.

32 minutes on the elliptical then biked 5 miles. FUN FuN fun workout....... Then I did planks, crunches, push ups, and calf raises.
