| | Warmed my hip up then ran the 3 mile loop around my house. Felt great, no hip pain. Did my core, wall sits, and calf raises when I got home.

| | Today I got my horizontal license for being 21, Huzzah! Anyway, Fun run today. I started by stretching and warming up my hip. The run was a waterfountain run. Run from water fountain to water fountain because it was 100 degrees today. Met up with Levi, Danny, and Christian and did an outer lap around sugarhouse park, by the 4th drinking fountain, Larry found us and finished the lap and did another outer lap with us. Came home and did my core, wall sits, and calf raises while watching the swimming olympic trials.

| | Met up with Danny today at Sugarhouse park. We ran from the park, up to 2100 east, over to about 2500 south then down back to the park. When we got to the park, we finished an outside lap and stopped at 2 drinking fountains because man it was hot!

| | Got up this morning and ran from my house down to Cottonwood Complex then did the last mile of the regions course. My legs felt heavy but did eventually warm up. Finished doing some drills. Good fun run.

| | Met up with Danny, Levi, Larry, and a new guy for a run. We did an outer loop around Sugarhouse park, came back and did an inner loop of firemen, then a loop in the grass for cooldown.

| | AM: Ran down to cottonwood complex and did the last mile of the regions course. Felt great.
PM: I figured I only had a mile and a half to finish out my mileage and I didn't want to do it tomorrow in DC so I just went out .75 and back. Off to Washington, DC!
